What Enterprise means today

Coming to Enterprise: Inbox mode
Today, Team mode runs your rep team through Telegram — drafts arrive there, reps claim and reply from their phones. It works well, and it requires every rep to use Telegram.
Inbox mode removes that requirement. You can see it in the app already — in the Team-mode channel picker, next to Telegram:
What it is, in the app's own words: "A self-hosted shared customer-service workspace (web inbox) — no Telegram required." Your reps log into a web page, see the shared queue of conversations with AI drafts attached, and claim and answer from the browser — the same claim-and-reply flow Team mode has today, minus the third-party app.

Is the AI different on Enterprise?
No — same AI, same safety behavior. Enterprise changes scale, support, and (soon) the Inbox workspace, not the intelligence.
We're not on Enterprise — do we lose Team mode?
No. Team mode over Telegram is part of the product today. Inbox mode is the Enterprise addition.
